Prime Video is looking for a Principal, Event Marketing to lead the holistic strategy for how Prime Video Advertising is represented at industry events, globally. This person will be responsible for laying out how best to activate Prime Video Advertising messaging to advertisers at keystone events such as Upfronts and Amazon Unboxed and support local Prime Video Advertising teams in their event strategy and execution.
This role must work in lockstep with Amazon Advertising stakeholders to ensure the Prime Video messaging and activation is perfectly aligned with broader advertising initiatives. The role must also work in lockstep with Amazon MGM Studios to ensure our content is presented on message to advertisers and our talent to ensure they help amplify the value our content brings to advertisers.
Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with Ads organization and Amazon Studios to lay out comprehensive event plan and activation strategy globally for Prime Video Advertising
• Develop comprehensive event plans, messaging, timelines, and budgets aligned to advertising buying cycles and key moments to partner and influence.
• Work with Amazon Studios to manage talent selection and coordination on site.
• Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodations for major events involving execs and talents
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors supporting event logistics.

Qualifications
- 9 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Salary/Benefits
$136,000.00 - 252,900.00 per year
