Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Strategist to develop strategies and communications plans across various channels, focusing primarily on TikTok. This role involves overseeing a community manager, developing strategic insights and briefs, and collaborating with internal teams to plan, execute, and report on campaign performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the social media expert for internal and client teams, especially for organic TikTok strategies.
- Develop strategy decks inspired by brand objectives and audience insights.
- Stay updated on trends and translate them into actionable, data-supported recommendations.
- Develop playbooks and point-of-views on how brands should engage across social media, with a particular focus on TikTok.
- Collaborate with creative teams to inspire content creation based on research and insights.
- Work with analytics teams to translate performance data into actionable insights for clients.
- Educate clients on platform-specific best practices, including trending sounds and influencer strategies.
- Manage and oversee the community manager's day-to-day processes and responsibilities.
