Fashion Showroom Manager & Sample Coordinator

Multi-label men's and women's showroom and public relations agency based in Hollywood, CA. Looking for an outstanding and driven individual to be the heart of our community as Showroom Manager.

We are looking for an experienced candidate to occupy our full-time showroom position. At least 2-3 years of full time showroom/fashion industry experience is necessary. This is a fantastic opportunity for an applicant with outstanding fashion contacts to work in-house with our PR team. You will be a creative strategic thinker with a love for fashion. It is essential that you have previous experience gained within a Fashion/Entertainment environment and strong event management skills to succeed in this role.

What are the required skills for this role?
Celebrity product placement
Product placement in major magazines for editorial
Showroom and product merchandising
Checking in new inventory
Manage editorial clippings and activity reports.
Gifting celebrities, stylists, editors and other industry professionals.
Tracking clothing items on loan with editorials and stylists.
Excellent people person and business etiquette – ability to relate to and engage people
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong self-starter, ability to work independently, self-manage time and priorities, ability to work with a team locally and remotely
Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback
Act as gatekeeper for all samples.
Manage and maintain organization of sample room
Own and keep track of all marketing samples including those for editorial, trade shows, events, shoots, showroom and style outs.
