SUMMARY OF POSITION
Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing is seeking a temporary Marketing Manager for the Marketing & Promotions department. This position will be working with the VP Marketing & Client Relations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Orchestrate major conventions/conferences - NATPE, MIP-TV, International Screenings, Promax, Comic-con, and many other conferences throughout the year.
On-site Logistics (Timeline, hotel reservations, transportation, etc).
Assist with Development of Promotional Merchandise.
Other job-related duties or projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree required with Television/Motion Pictures Marketing focus preferred.
Previous entertainment industry experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years events, logistics experience required.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Solid communication, people and organizational skills.
Ability to work with all levels of personnel.
Computer literate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint helpful.
Knowledge of marketing, including fulfillment, archiving, shipping and reporting.
Must have the ability to contribute creatively to the creation of promotional merchandise and marketing campaigns.
Must be able to work under deadlines.
Must be able to prioritized tasks.
Must be able to pay close attention to detail and follow through.
Must be well-organized and proof read all incoming and outgoing work.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Must be able to set-up and maintain accurate, up-to-date files and records.
Must be able to handle confidential information.
Must be able to be flexible with hours and work additional hours as needed.
Must be willing to work as a team and be available to all in department.
Must be able to work at a face pace with accuracy.
Must be able to work additional hours as required.
Must be able to maintain a cheerful disposition in a fast-paced environment and during demanding times.
Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must have good judgment.
Must be able and willing to take initiative and to problem solve as appropriate within the scope of responsibilities of this position.
