A. Job Summary:
Universal Music Group is seeking a National Account Coordinator, specifically for Streaming Video, in our New York, NY office location.
The National Account Coordinator (NAC) provides administrative support to the Account Director of YouTube & VEVO and UMG Sales Team in the areas of account support and service. The right candidate should be able to provide high-level administrative support to both the Account Director of YouTube & VEVO and the national account teams.
B. Job Functions:
• Responsible for delivering all street date communications, including changes, embargos,
and takedown notices to accounts.
• Responsible for Street Date Checks of accounts.
• Coordinate video scheduling to accounts.
• Work with National Account Representative and Social Media team to create playlist
strategy for UMG YouTube Channel.
• Create quarterly schedule for seasonal/thematic playlists that focus on frontline
and catalog releases, where applicable.
• Manages social media communication between Accounts, Artists, and Labels.
• Add/update description copy for video assets.
• Coordinate syndicated video premieres with labels and premiere outlets.
• Coordinate labels' Gratis Ad inventory at Accounts including asset delivery and recaps.
• Liaise between labels/label production/EComm to ensure timely video deliveries.
• Provide weekly recaps of video performance for labels.
• Cover artists' visits to VEVO & Music Choice.
