CAA's Singapore office is seeking a intern to be part of the Brand Solutions and Brand Consulting team to join their growing CAA Sports - APAC team. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized and keen to learn to work in a fast-paced environment where they will work with various teams and support different functions which will provide 360° exposure in different aspects of the sports and entertainment industry. The individual should possess a positive attitude, be a team player, have a high level of responsibility and commitment towards to learning new skills. A natural interest in traditional sports and/or esports would be advantageous.
Support Business Intelligence function by:
• Conducting desk research to support sales and business development efforts
• Maintaining CRM data accuracy and report generation
• Utilising syndicated and 3rd party research tools to analyse social and digital data
• Leverage data to develop new insights with the goal of improving sales presentations
Support Property Solutions and Brand Consulting team on:
• Administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings and recording meeting notes to project management and tracking of timelines
• Event operations, ranging from (but not limited to) event coordination, client servicing, digital marketing etc.
• Building effective presentations decks and reports
• Developing creative concepts and ideation for existing and prospective projects
• Supports other team functions on ad hoc basis, as required
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• An undergraduate/recent graduate of any discipline (marketing/sports background a plus)
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player, with a ''can-do'' attitude
• Passionate about traditional sports, esports, entertainment and culture
• Interest in talent/influencer marketing
• Up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends across various social platforms (e.g Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
• Well versed with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) on both Microsoft and Apple interfaces
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or any other Asian language a plus
• Minimum commitment of 6 months will be ideal
