Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, M-F 9am-6pm. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, coordinating calendars, booking travel, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
Qualifications
2-3 years prior assistant experience required
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong clerical skills, including organizing documents, maintaining files, and invoicing
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Professionalism and confidentiality
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree
