The Opportunity:
The Home Edit is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager of Marketing & Content to work in a hands-on-role to execute day to day project logistics and large scale initiatives tracking. We are seeking a self-starter who is well-versed in branded content and brand partnerships, social-first and 360 marketing environments and has agency or in-house experience overseeing program management at a large brand or media company, preferably with experience working with a talent-led brand.
This position will play a critical role in the strategic planning, roadmapping, ongoing execution and management of marketing and content initiatives that span across multiple stakeholders and talent. We are looking for an organized self-starter that can not only work within our existing systems but can introduce efficiencies, as necessary. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who has 5-7 years of experience working in fast paced environments helping to manage across multiple initiatives at once - from conception through deployment and measurement. The primary responsibilities will lie in project management, resource planning, and overseeing complex multi-platform campaign matrices.
This position is onsite in Nashville, TN.
What You Will Do:
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with The Home Edit's Marketing, Creative & Content, internal and external Brand Partnership teams, and Growth teams to assist with branded content execution, pipelining, and project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain an annual priority calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and trafficking assets across teams.
• Work across multichannel marketing campaigns, including paid media, experiential, book publishing, IP launches, influencer marketing, and commerce.
• Manage the creation of digital marketing materials, including sales tools, collateral, digital assets, and email marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Oversee the daily workflow of marketing campaigns, from proposal development to post-campaign analysis, ensuring seamless execution and optimization.
• Foster communication and alignment across internal departments, including social, growth marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate with business and functional partners to support and execute against operational efficiencies
• Manage relationships with internal and external agencies.
• Foster and participate in the overall The Home Edit and Hello Sunshine values and vision.
Requirements
• 5 years' experience in operations, resource management, program management, project management for an agency, global brand or media company.
• Self-starter and creative thinker with astute attention to detail, you are proactive and able to work on tight deadlines, you take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
• Ability to use data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Well-versed in current and emerging social platforms, their products and trends.
• Positive, collaborative team player.
• Experience using project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable.
• Experience managing campaign or marketing budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
