We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Integrated Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team in the New York office, reporting to the VP of Integrated Marketing. This role will focus on developing creative, best-in-class marketing proposals that drive revenue and reinforce SHE Media’s unique benefits. The ideal candidate has a passion for the media industry, is an exceptional writer with the ability to create strong, cohesive B2B marketing initiatives and materials.
THE WORK
• Build strategic proposals, supported with insights, and creatively designed in PowerPoint in response to RFPs (reactive and proactive) to drive revenue utilizing the most relevant mix of SHE Media assets.
• Create new marketing materials including editorial sponsorships, brand general presentations, products, events, partner materials and more.
• Work with the post-sale team to uncover program performance and the best-performing assets to be included in RFPs based on various KPIs to ensure client campaign success and renewal.
• Utilize ComScore, MRI Fusion, Google Analytics, CivicScience, and industry insights to build a strategic story customized as needed per advertiser or initiative.
• Represent SHE Media during client/agency facing sales presentations and with internal teams as needed.
• Maintain Integrated Marketing Tool Kit, keep sales facing materials up to date.
• Additional responsibilities may include assisting in the development of social content, supporting events, tracking B2B industry events, monitoring marketing budget and more.
• Monitor and report on creative ideas, new marketing trends, competitive landscape, technologies, and program innovations across the lifestyle media environment.
THE FINE PRINT
• 3 years of digital media marketing experience.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to create and design marketing proposals utilizing PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of the media industry, digital products, content and events, and an enthusiasm social media marketing and B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environment along with the ability to stay calm under pressure and pivot in real-time.
• Creative self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and organization skills along with a high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with PPT, ComScore, Google Analytics, social media Sprinklr, Later and Canva a plus.
