Marketing & Promotions Manager

Slacker University is looking to bring on a Marketing Promotions Manager to assist in the marketing and promotion of our events at concert halls & nightclubs nationwide. You will be an integral part of the company as we scale up the number of events we do annually & will report directly to the CEO. This role will utilize your creativity, imagination, and ability to push boundaries. We are looking for someone who wants to join a growing entertainment start up on the ground floor & join the ride as we scale the business to a national powerhouse.

Responsibilities:
Develop marketing materials & social content
Coordinate & executing both organic and paid social campaigns
Create & manage email & SMS campaigns
Collect & analyze marketing & customer data
Assist CEO & other members of the team with miscellaneous tasks

Experience:
2-3 years of marketing experience in entertainment OR ecommerce is preferred but not required
Experience creating & scheduling content for TikTok & Instagram
Proficiency in Meta & TikTok ad managers
Graphic design & video editing experience
Work well under pressure & in high-stress environments
Passionate about music & live events
