UTA seeks a skilled and dedicated Workday HCM Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Workday platform, with expertise in HCM module. As a Workday HCM Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR processes, ensuring smooth system operations, and enhancing overall user experience. The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $140,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to HR, finance, and payroll processes.
• Analyze and translate complex business needs into effective Workday solutions, considering best practices and system capabilities.
• Provide expert level support for the HCM module
• Configure Workday modules to align with business processes, with focus on including but not limited to Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence, Time Tracking.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance efforts, identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users by troubleshooting system-related inquiries and issues, offering solutions, and delivering training as necessary.
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Workday with other systems and applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday releases, updates, and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization and recommending relevant improvements.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into system usage, performance, and compliance metrics.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Workday Analyst or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Workday modules and functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, calculated fields, and custom reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant Workday certifications are a strong asset.
• Familiarity with HR and finance processes and regulations is preferred.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware is a plus.
