The position is based at Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, which provides sound and picture post production as well as Dailies services for feature films and television. WBDLL comprises of comprehensive facilities including Sound Re-Recording and ADR stages, Grading Theatres, Preview Theatres and a full complement of highly-equipped supporting departments in addition to cutting rooms and a bar/café based in the heart of Soho and at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.
Your New Role
The job holder will be assisting in, scheduling and co-ordinating the booking of all WBDLL facility space, equipment, time and staff.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Scheduling and billing of ADR and cutting room bookings
• Supporting Director of Post Production and Post Producers with bookings and scheduling
• Liaising with relevant departments in relation to upcoming bookings
• Ensure client database (including billing details) is up to date and accurate
• Answering, screening and transferring all calls to the relevant person /departments sent through to bookings
• Ensuring bookings are confirmed with Purchase Orders
• Assisting with Client liaison
• Liaising with accounts department re client billing, assisting in putting together the billing packs for finance department ensuring accuracy of paperwork.
• Inputting data into scheduling systems, such as pencil bookings, purchase order details, booking changes, studio and time sheet information and all other necessary billing data
• Raising POs and other paperwork in relation to admin
• Maintaining a tidy and efficient bookings area
• Any adhoc duties relating to the scheduling department
• To carry out any other task requested by Director of Operations and Director of Post Production to enable the smooth running of WBDLL
• Work in conjunction with Dispatch/Reception Coordinator to schedule the Runners and Runner cover
• Ad hoc duties as required.
Skills
and Experience
• Good general knowledge of production and post production techniques or have a background which would enable the post holder to develop such knowledge rapidly
• Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety and their impact on staff
