Overview and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team to provide full administrative and executive support to the President and Chief Marketing Officer, CBS. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and possess strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and prioritization skills to support a busy executive and his office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provides full administrative and executive support to the senior leader of CBS Marketing.
• Manages a daily and long-range schedule, independently or as directed, and maintains effective communication with the executive regarding schedule and changes to calendar.
• Interacts with a wide range of internal and external persons to coordinate, plan, schedule and manage meetings, calls, events and other activities, independently or as directed.
• Plans and manages all travel and related expenses.
• Manages, submits and reconciles expense reports.
• Orders supplies and other office items as needed.
• Serves as a conduit between various CBS and Paramount teams by acting as a resource for information and maintains the flow of information.
• Greets guests/visitors for in-office meetings and events and other activities as directed.
• Coordinates lunch and other dining as needed/directed for the executive and guests.
• Screens and manages incoming and outgoing calls.
• Maintains and organizes a file system for the executive.
• Plans and assists on projects such as presentations, team meetings, events and other projects/activities as directed.
• Assists with team-related events and activities, correspondence, document management and spreadsheets.
• Manages confidential documents as directed.
Basic Qualifications
• 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or entertainment industries.
• Skilled in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook, as well as Zoom and Slack.
• Willingness to work in the office with the executive or travel as needed.

• Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and tactfully with persons at all levels inside and outside of the company, in person, via email, on phone/text, etc.
• Always represents the executive, the office and the company in the highest regard and most professional manner.
• Detail oriented and organized; a stellar multi-tasker who pays close attention to detail and understands written and verbal instructions.
• Handles sensitive documents, information and other materials with high confidentiality.
• Resourceful, a self-starter, teammate, and efficient problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced work environment.
• Nimble, creative, problem-solver who can handle sensitive, timely, or complicated tasks without getting flustered.
• Ability to organize, schedule and plan effectively.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $65,000.00 - 85,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Salary/Benefits
$65,000.00 - 85,000.00 per year
