Job Description:
Are you passionate about the entertainment industry and eager to gain hands-on experience? This internship provides an exciting opportunity to learn about talent representation while working with a dedicated team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with organizing and maintaining talent files and updating databases.
Talent Coordination: Help with scheduling auditions, meetings, and other events for talent.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, and market opportunities.
Communication: Draft and manage correspondence with talent, parents, and industry professionals.
Social Media: Support social media efforts by creating content
Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the agency as needed.
Requirements:
Google Suite Proficiency: Must be comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Interest in Entertainment: A genuine interest in the entertainment industry, particularly in talent representation
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
