From Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, No Time to Die and Barbie to Emily in Paris and The White Lotus, HILL VALLEY works on the biggest content at the heart of pop culture.
We are a global company based in Los Angeles, New York, and Paris.

Working amongst the product placement and key account teams, your responsibilities will be as follows:
• Assist the team in handling the product placement and entertainment strategies of premium brands
• Research new upcoming films / TV series to work on
• Research new brands to work with
• Seek contacts for production teams and brands
• Creation of marketing documents, monthly reports and film presentations
• Logistics coordination, in partnership with the rest of the team (delivery to set…)
• Organizing calls/meetings with brands and studios/producers
• Keep track of in-office product stock and organize deliveries
• Follow-up of the product placements from the filming to the release of the projects
• script coverage & proactively monitoring projects to identify product placement opportunities
• Communicating the information to the various teams, participating in internal meetings
• Assist the team with various other tasks as needed

• Great marketing knowledge and understanding of brand positioning
• Good knowledge of the Entertainment industry

Ideal candidate can speak both English and French to assist in managing international client relations.
