We are looking for an Assistant for our AC International Division that will primarily be supervising joint venture efforts, along with international efforts across the studio and management divisions. This position is based in New York. At this time, this role is in office five days per week.
In this role you will:
• Be the primary point of contact for all administrative inbound and outbound aspects (domestically and internationally) for the President that include: a high volume of calendar management, setting and scheduling meetings, note-taking, rolling calls, managing, and submitting expense reports, coordinating complex international travel and appointments. Also scheduling, managing and coordinating travel and meetings for attendance at markets and festivals throughout the year
• Rely on sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to ensure relevant meetings and tasks are scheduled and handled in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the entire Studio and Management divisions to achieve business goals
• Coordinate with all internal departments (People/HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Affairs, and Operations) to ensure that the International Division needs are being met and communicated
• Work with President to prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports for International Division across each of the JV's to be distributed to board, and company-wide
• Work with President to prepare and maintain corporate decks for the International Division
• Track the creative slate and commercial efforts of the International Division across multiple projects, joint ventures and initiatives that the President and Studio will be spearheading
• Read and evaluate submissions and submit coverage as well as reading script drafts and taking notes
• Create lists of directors, writers, and actors for projects in development
• Provide written feedback on drafts or dailies for projects in production in addition to tracking, reviewing, and providing feedback on possible joint venture opportunities

• An experienced Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years at an agency, management, or entertainment company
• You have an interest in a career in Studio and/or Production
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities
• Stron¬¬g conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage high volume, as well as your own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
• Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a charismatic personality.
• Demonstrate appropriate preparation and follow through by anticipating needs of superior and timely responding to correspondence or follow up tasks from or on behalf of your superior
• Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and competing demands
• Able to easily handle a large volume of calls and emails with a pleasant and professional phone demeanor and service-oriented mentality
• Reliable performance and prompt execution of multiple tasks
• Demonstrate high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Incredible attention to detail with strong abilities in project and data management, time management, organization and forward planning
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Google Workplace is required, experience with Monday.com (or similar) tracking platforms highly desirable
• A passion for film and television
• An organized self-starter who also collaborates well with others
• A creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills
• Humble, diligent and resourceful and able to work and adapt across different cultures around the world
• Bonus points if you speak a second language
