Music Metadata Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL
The Team:
This role focuses on managing data ingestion, cleansing, and validation from music labels, retail, and streaming partners. The role involves conducting data analysis to identify and correct anomalies and maintaining communication with the operations team. Special projects may also be assigned to enhance data management processes.
The Role:
• Process and adhere to defined reports, schedules, procedures, and SLAs.
• Train and certify business policies and operating procedures.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs to support workflow.
• Collaborate with content management, legal, and licensing teams.
• Input, track, and resolve issues, focusing on identifying root causes.
• Provide feedback to the Operations Manager for system improvements.
• Ensure the delivery of accurate data and proactive quality assurance research.
• Communicate promptly and thoroughly with stakeholders.
Qualifications / Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, royalties, compliance, quality control, or finance, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis (formulas and functions).
• Experience working with global business accounts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
