Responsibilities
Job Purpose and Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage all office and administrative systems & functions (calendaring, phone calls, taking notes, creating agendas, managing expense reports, etc.) for SVP and Head of Unscripted Talent department
• Provide coverage for daytime, broadcast, cable, and streaming television series
• Generate talent lists, create visually compelling face grids in Keynote/PowerPoint, and pitch talent proposals as directed
• Research and prioritize interview links that best showcase talent personality
• Maintain and update the department's shared drive with all talent files and grids
• Talent duties include purchasing & sending talent gifts, coordinating travel, attending talent generals, and other talent-related duties as approved & directed
• Deep knowledge and passion for popular culture trends across media & entertainment (TV, Film, Music, Fashion, Sports, News, Influencers) with particular attention to undiscovered and emerging talent
• Attend and cover live events including comedy/improv showcases, music performances, conferences, and screenings
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Keynote and MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Google Suite
• Comfortable and professional when working with talent
• Willing and able to attend casting and talent related events after hours and/or on weekends
