Position Summary:
The Paramount Pictures Creative Advertising team is responsible for developing all movie trailers, key art, and creative content for theatrical films. The Assistant will provide support to the team, including managing the Executive’s calendar, handling travel, coordinating creative assets, overseeing budgets, and performing administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage Executive’s calendar and schedule meetings (internal and with filmmakers)
• Handle domestic and international business travel
• Organize and input expenses
• Monitor deadlines to ensure marketing campaigns stay on schedule
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver creative assets
• Oversee budgets and billing for creative projects
• Assist with competitive campaign analysis and research
• Coordinate with the finishing department, print production, and marketing services
• Perform administrative duties such as ordering office and kitchen supplies
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Tech-savvy and familiar with Apple systems (Mac/iPads)
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Photoshop and video editing software is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
