We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to assist team members with processing a high volume of payables invoices.

What You Will Do:
• Provide support in the daily accounts payable process for multiple entities
• Internally route invoices for coding and approval
• Provide assistance in the weekly check run, including check & mail preparation
• Download expense report reimbursement data for review by Accounts Payable Manager
• Update/Maintain master vendor listing
• Reconcile general ledger accounts as needed
• Perform ad hoc reports when requested by Accounts Payable Manager
• Other duties as assigned

What We Need From Our Accounts Payable Clerk:
• Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word
• General knowledge/comfort using business equipment & technology
• Comfortability in working in a high pace business environment
• Strong interpersonal skills

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's degree in business, or work experience in a related field required
• Great Plains experience a plus
• Papersave experience a plus
