Position Overview: As the Production Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating scripted film and television productions.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing all Scripted and Television productions.
• Coordinate calls, meetings, travel, and schedules for the President of Production.
• Liaison between all productions and appropriate network teams.
• Ensure internal teams and company are updated with key production deadlines and dates.
• Willingness to work after hours or during the weekend if required.
Education and Experience:
• 2-3 years of production experience
• Previous experience with Scenechronize as well as familiarity over production documents; One Lines, DOODs, Schooting Schedules, Wrap Reports, etc.
• Experience prioritizing a leader's calendar with ability to make judgement calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities
• Experience working in a fast paced, often changing environment with efficiency and accuracy
• Strong business acumen with exemplary writing and communication skills
• Strong organization and project management skills, and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and consistent professionalism and judgment.
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with the final offer amount dependent on education, skills, job related knowledge, experience, and internal equity is: $25 - $30 hourly. Please note that the compensation provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law.
