If you have a deep interest in learning more about artist management and the inner-workings of a record label in relation to an artist, then this is the opportunity for you. 153 Entertainment is seeking an ambitious and diligent Artist Management Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the artist management team in conjunction with our label operations. You will have the opportunity to participate in the artist development process, observe the streamlined operations behind producing an artist, and more.
Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining artist(s)' regular day-to-day schedule and calendar. Includes booking studio time, arranging meetings, creating itineraries, and so forth.
• Provide/arrange transportation for artist(s) as is necessary.
• Process and track artist's daily expenses.
• Help coordinate and facilitate written correspondence with label & management partners.
• Assist in marketing, scheduling, and general release tasks as is necessary. This includes researching artist feature opportunities, potential business opportunities, and the like.
• Provide support to artist management team in facilitating artist development program.
Requirements
• Passionate about artist management and development.
• Must be able to drive and have own method of transportation.
• Ability to create concise and clear reports detailing management activities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of music trends and direction.
• General understanding of the purpose of artist development and what it entails.
• Fluency in Korean is a plus, but is not necessary.
