1iota Productions, LLC specializes in connecting fans with thousands of live nationwide events in the entertainment world, including exclusive access to popular TV shows, red carpet events, sporting events, movie premieres, music festivals and more.
POSITION:
We are seeking a part-time Fan Coordinator to join our Events team. This role requires very strong communication and exemplary guest relation skills/experience. An in-depth knowledge of television, celebrities and popular entertainment culture is a plus.
DATE: 4/1/2022 - 4/3/2022
RATE: $200/ daily
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for live entertainment
-Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
-A passion for working in a fast-paced environment with high level of teamwork
-Effective interpersonal skills
-Ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being composed under pressure
-Must work well in a large crowd environment
• Ability to be solution based and redirect matters to managerial team as needed
Must be based in NOLA and available on event dates
On site shifts only
Must be able to provide proof of covid vaccination and booster, if eligbile
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage fans at live tapings inclusive of check-in, wrist banding, and seating
-Must communicate effectively and engage with fans with an awareness of safety standards (including covid protocols)
-Adhere to the 1iota brand and consistent image of the organization
-Deliver the ultimate guest experience and maximize guest engagement while complying with all 1iota policies
