Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of release-specific comprehensive marketing strategies that will elevate awareness, engagement, and consumption for our diverse roster of artists. You will oversee and be responsible for day-to-day marketing campaigns and strategies.
In this pivotal executive role, you will oversee a high-performing team's day-to-day operations and collaborate closely with various departments. Your leadership will ensure cohesive brand messaging and the flawless execution of creative campaigns across multiple platforms.

Must-Haves:
Experience & Leadership:
• Extensive experience within music marketing, with a proven track record at a senior level.
• Experience managing large-scale, global campaigns for successful artists.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and fostering professional growth within the
department.
Industry & Market Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of the music marketplace, DSPs, streaming trends, social media platforms, and audience behavior.
• Experience breaking new artists with a keen understanding of current market conditions, trends, and best practices.
• Strong strategic vision with the ability to design and execute comprehensive, multi-platform marketing campaigns.
Communication & Relationship Management:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of fostering relationships with artists, internal teams, and external
partners.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels, including senior management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey marketing plans effectively.
Project & Time Management:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and time management skills.
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive, innovative approach to marketing.
• Versatile individual with great attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work.
Creativity & Digital Strategy:
• Strong understanding of content strategy, short-form content, digital marketing trends, and fan-building.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and an ability to bring marketing concepts to life.
• Experience forming strategic marketing partnerships with social platforms, influencers, visual creators, and DSPs.
• Specific emphasis on short-form content across all platforms and its role in building deeper fan connections.
Work Ethic & Adaptability:
• Ambitious, self-starter requiring minimal direction while thriving in a team environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, including adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to establish quick rapport.
• Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
