Position Summary
456 Growth Media is seeking a motivated, full-time Junior Account Manager to join our team headquartered in New York City but with a fully remote operation currently. Reporting directly to the founders of 456 Growth Media as well as the Senior Account Management team, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team while enhancing procedures for the effective management of 456 Growth Media clients.

• Prior experience working directly with influencers and/or celebrities on paid branded campaigns
• Prior experience working within growth marketing and directly supporting DTC/E-commerce brands either from within a brand position or with prior agency experience
• Experience working in social media, preferably at an advertising, PR, digital marketing, or social media agency
• Oversight of consumer accounts specifically focused on Influencer marketing. The overarching role for the 456 Growth Media team is to craft influencer strategies for brands, own and drive the execution of each strategy as well as oversee the day-to-day management of each client/brand.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience
• 2+ years in a similar role preferred
• Technology-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Extensive experience in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest) with an eye towards the future of influencer marketing and platforms.
• Experience with scheduling software like Monday.com and additional tech-based solutions such as Google Sheets, Drive, Slack, Salesforce, and email subscription software.
• Solid organizational, and verbal / written communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume email, text, and phone correspondence.
• Minimum 2 years of managing social media strategy
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with our clients and brands on behalf of the 456 Growth Media team.
What You'll Do
• Utilize proprietary and third-party tools to aggregate and analyze social and digital data
• Participate in weekly team brainstorms with 456 Growth Media team
• Flag new trends happening on platforms like TikTok and Instagram for our team to capitalize on as well as implement new strategies and trends for 456 Growth Media accounts.
• Oversee day-to-day integrated influencer marketing programs, including counsel on social influencers as well as earned & social media strategy
• Creatively concept, ideate, and develop influencer marketing campaigns and plans that deliver results throughout the marketing funnel - from perception-driving to loyalty/advocacy and traffic conversion
• Develop and manage day-to-day elements of influencer campaigns for consumer, DTC, and E-commerce clients; develop timelines and keep track of deadlines.
• Operationalize robust influencer programs and teams, including building positive relationships with influencers and talent contacts on behalf of the agency and clients.
• Develop high-quality written materials, including but not limited to: influencer content briefs that reflect current trends and reflect brand messaging priorities, pitch letters, background materials, recommendation, and planning documents
• Oversee measurement and analysis of program results to provide valuable insights and optimizations; compile thorough and accurate reports

Base pay range
$50,000/yr - $55,000/yr + Discretionary Bonus/Incentives
