Intern - Latin Division

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Vince Lazzo is the head agent of the Latin Department at HTG Artists and has over 15 years of experience in the entertainment business as a manager, producer, casting director, and agent.

We are currently looking for 2 interns to assist Vince Lazzo. Students and graduates looking to become an agent and that are serious about getting to know and work in the business. Previous experience in the field is required.

Requirements:
-College graduate or about to graduate.
-100% Bilingual (Spanish/English)
-Great communication skills.
-Proficient in casting websites (LA Casting, Breakdown Express, Casting Frontier, Now casting, etc.)
-Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar job (model agency, talent agency, management agency, casting, etc.)

• You will work 20-25 hrs a week (divided in 3 or 4 days, Mon-Fri between 9:30-17:30)
• You'll have one-on-one training by Vince Lazzo and his assistant.
• You'll get to build relationships with our two other great agents, as well as casting directors, managers, producers, and actors.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Answering phones
• Making copies
• Setting up appointments
• Sending e-mails
• Filing
• Scanning or other forms of data capturing.
• Organizing digital information (head shots, reels, resumes, info sheets)
• Send auditions to talent
• Submitting
• Pitching (by phone an email)
• Scouting

As you learn and grow you'll have the opportunity to be promoted to Agent Jr. and represent the commercial clients of the Latin Department.
