Part Time Executive Assistant

Lexikat Artists (a talent management / producing company within the world of Broadway theatre) is looking to hire a part time Executive Assistant to work in our Beverly Hills office ASAP! This position starts at 20 hours per week, with the potential to rapidly grow into a full time role. We're looking for a smart & resourceful self starter with 3+ years of entertainment industry experience and great contacts. Please be a quick learner with a sense of urgency, someone who can remain calm under pressure, and a go getter who has the self discipline to complete tasks without supervision. A genuine interest in theatre & dance is a huge plus!
