Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

SAG/AFTRA franchised boutique talent agency looking for a Youth Jr. agent
Hours/Days: TBD must be available 30 hours per week for 3 months

We are looking for someone who is reliable and dependable.

Must:
Must have a strong desire to learn the entertainment industry. You must have an outgoing, pleasant personality. You will be working with our clients, casting directors, production companies, etc. You will be working with the owner

Plus:
Experience in the industry
Experience with the following sites: LA casting, Breakdown Services, The People Network and Casting Frontier.
Pleasant personality

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-You will be working with allot of parents, so you must be patient, you must be detail oriented, have patience and want to be in this business.
• Answer phones and patching to the agents on staff
• Maintaining client files, filing, copies, etc.
• handling social media platforms
• Assisting with castings, bookings and talent submissions
• Other administrative duties
• invoicing, booking and basic accounting
• assisting with pitching and submitting as well
-Emails and processing mail
-Maintaining appointment calendars
-Processing new clients
