Global Content Services & Operations consists of a wide range of media centric roles. We are responsible for managing the entire life cycle of A+E's programming. This is where we produce, transform, broadcast and distribute content as well as run the tech infrastructure for the Media Supply chain. THE ROLE: Coordinator, Content Distribution Avails (Temporary)
Reporting to the Supervisor, Reporting and Analytics, Global Content Distribution Services (GCDS), the Coordinator, Content Distribution Avails role will be responsible for generating operational reports for our business teams, and external partners. Key responsibilities include the creation and management of weekly avails (e.g., EMA and proprietary avails report), as well as distribution report audits for our various products. Assist in maintaining data integrity across databases and project trackers.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Collaborate with internal business teams to create and manage weekly content distribution avails across all A+E brands for Distribution and Global Content Licensing deals (FVOD, AVOD, TVOD, SVOD, FAST, Pay-TV, Syndication and Direct-to-Consumer) as required.
• Responsible for the monitoring of successful avail ingest and support of programming and schedule updates to 3rd party platforms (i.e., Amazon Video Central, etc.)
• Provide guidance as a subject matter expert to the Supervisor, Reporting & Analytics to drive avails related development requirements in collaboration with technology teams.
• Responsible for the monitoring of avail industry standards, including but not limited to EMA avail, to ensure proper support is developed in compliance with our business partner and platform SLAs.
• Responsible for the auditing of third-party platforms as required, to execute catalog clean-up and transition to a single global asset delivery workflow, based upon a component-based delivery model (i.e., Amazon Video Central, Discovery+, Roku, etc.).
• Interact internally with other departments to collect program schedules and reports and develop strong relationships with Global Content Licensing, Distribution, Partner Services, Programming, Legal, Content Fulfillment, Metadata Operations, and other teams
• Assist in generating and reconciling reports from support systems and technologies that improve collaboration across multiple teams in the organization. (Airtable, Box, LOOM, Media Elevate, Tableu).
• Support in creating inter-departmental databases and coordinate the aggregation and ingestion of data into trackers, databases, and reports.

YOUR STORY:
• College Degree Preferred, (Communications)
• 2-3 years of client services, account management, production studio, media supply chain and/or digital distribution experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and time management skills in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Excellent client services skills. Friendly can-do attitude, ability to stay calm under pressure and strong relationship builder.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills. Must interact effectively with distribution partners and management across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with EMA avail standards and digital media formats and platforms.
• Preferred advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Airtable, Tableau.
Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A+E Networks on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months.
