THE ROLE: Specialist, Consumer Marketing & Owned Media, LIFETIME & LMN
The Consumer Marketing & Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the CM&M team in the development, execution and analysis of all marketing campaigns. This person will report into the Director, Owned Media, but support all team functions
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Specialist, Consumer Marketing & Owned Media Job Description:
• Work with members of the Consumer Marketing & Owned Media team to provide support in the development and execution of all marketing elements including Consumer Marketing, Owned Media, Paid Media and Paid Social
• Provide administrative support to the Consumer Marketing & Owned Media team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining tracking documents, distribution of internal communication materials and other tasks as needed
KEY TASKS
CAMPAIGN PLANNING (~40% of time)
• Draft/distribute campaign briefs
• Build weekly On-Air plans and implement all revisions and updates as needed
• Manage and distribute monthly VOD schedules for Lifetime & LMN & work with Digital Ad Ops to ensure promos are delivered
• Develop quarterly deliverable requests for LMN and assist in creation of quarterly Lifetime deliverable requests
PAID MEDIA / CAMPAIGN EXECUTION (~40% of time)
• Manage job requests for campaign assets in Airtable (on-air & paid)
• Oversee deadlines and asset deliveries across multiple agencies
• Work with creative and social teams as needed for custom creative/deliverables
• Manage Spectrum buy, requests & deliverables
• Draft copy (i.e. audio, custom components, newsletters, e-blasts)
• Manage YouTube requests and link tracking
• Request and oversee Paid Social assets/delivery
• Provide additional ''quality control'' filter of assets before delivery
CAMPAIGN LAUNCH (~15% of time)
• Gather info/develop launch docs (including plan recaps, talent decks, etc.)
• Aid in the development and distribution of campaign highlight decks (producers/talent decks etc.)
• Assist with On-Air & VOD campaign reporting
• Assist Director, Owned Media with Lifetime & LMN log approval as needed
AS NEEDED (~5% of time)
• Assist with meeting set up, print outs, document creation, etc.
• Craft and distribute digest of key trends in the media and entertainment landscape

EXPERIENCE & KEY COMPETENCIES
• 2+ years experience in television media (ideally on-air marketing and/or paid media)
• Detail Oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
