Talent Management Assistant for Influencer Talent

*Fully remote work opportunity? for an elite talent management firm currently representing commercial talent with relationships across top tier advertising and corporate brands. This is a hands on job for a true entrepreneur interested in fast track career advancement.

Key Responsibilities and Must Haves:
- * Experience: At least 2 years of talent agency/management experience particularly within influencer talent and brand marketing, scouting social media influencers and collaborating them with brands.
* Assistant in identifying, recruiting and help manage a roster of digital talent to execute branded partnerships and campaigns.
- * Industry Knowledge: Multi-social platform proficiency of TikTok, Instagram and Youtube. Staying current with the latest social media platform trends.
- * Collaborative Culture: Work closely with cross-functional teams across ACM.
* Having an established network within the industry is a plus. -
* Ability to network and maintain professional relationships.
- * Assist in leveraging new and existing relationships with brand and advertising agency contacts.
* Stay informed about the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media algorithms, and digital content creation to provide relevant insights to talent and clients.?
Compensation Package:? Compensation range from $45,000-$50,000+ with bonuses and room for unlimited growth based on performance. - Benefits: None beyond Competitive salary, generous performance bonuses and growth within the company.?
