Localization Program Manager, Amazon Music, Design & Creative Operations
As the Localization Program Manager for Amazon Music, you will manage international localization projects from end-to-end, collaborating with internal business partners, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will lead efforts to improve localization mechanisms across creative, marketing, engineering, and programming teams while ensuring high-quality language adaptation and consistency for global audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end international localization projects
• Improve localization mechanisms supporting multiple business verticals
• Maintain and enhance the language quality program
• Collaborate with content creators and infrastructure teams to optimize processes
• Communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, and changes to leadership
• Write, edit, and maintain localization process documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven ability to collaborate with creative and technical teams
• Fluency in additional languages (preferably German or Japanese)
• Cross-cultural communication skills
• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
