This is a Full Time Job
You are responsible for executing straightforward features and tactics to achieve goals within a defined creative strategy, to attract, engage and retain customers, drive sales, and/or achieve brand objectives or awareness goals. You effectively suggest tactics that align with program creative strategy, and work within the limitations of creative parameters, including creative format, media, assets, etc. You apply best practices in your craft area of expertise (e.g., concept, design, copywriting, production, and/or art direction), and are able to support your creative decisions with clear rationale. As a skilled performer in your craft, you are learning to collaborate with diverse, creative disciplines, and are able to deliver tactics that are empathetic with, and inclusive of, all customers. In doing so, you consider the target audience of your work, inclusive of end-customers, external clients, internal customers and stakeholders, ensuring your tactics serve all constituents. With occasional guidance and input, you validate your assumptions to ensure quality output while implementing your tactics.
Key job responsibilities
Work with Project Leads on various creative needs across the entire lifecycle of their projects; i.e. from concept development to release
Help track timelines, deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met and align with broader strategic goals
Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent communication throughout the project's lifecycle; this includes project scheduling and travel needs with internal/external parties (for example: filmmaker meetings; project status meetings; set/photo shoot arrangements)
Collect and track music cue sheets from agencies and partner with music licensing team and external publishers to manage clearance and provide contract management support
Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, production, and other third-parties to help manage project budgets; this includes supporting supplier onboarding and coordinating with legal department for contract requests
Track project budgets and ensure projects are completed within allocated resources
Provide regular status updates and reports to Project Leads as needed
Organize and help maintain various creative assets' tracking systems and storage/archival requirement using wide variety of company platforms/tools
Distribute cleared assets as they become available from production to project leads and creative agencies
Create and curate competitive title reference decks to analyze creative materials past and present
Initiating process improvement projects within the department and driving them through to completion
Qualifications
• 2 years of studio or production company assistant, or 1 years of creative executive experience
• Experience assessing industry talent and trends
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience as an assistant in an unscripted department at an agency, studio or unscripted production company
