Job Title: Studio Booking Coordinator
Location: USA, CA, Culver City
Amazon’s Studio126 offers physical creative spaces and services for all types of talent and entertainment. With locations worldwide, Studio126 features content capture studios, state-of-the-art audio playback lounges, luxury green rooms, and more.
This role will oversee booking for Studio126 to create a seamless intake experience for all Global Media & Entertainment Teams clients. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, in-depth organizational skills, and advanced time management. The individual should understand business priorities, anticipate needs proactively, and complete complex tasks urgently with little to no guidance. They should also be experienced in navigating ambiguity and taking effective action without needing the whole picture. This role coordinates with the Studio126 Program Manager to juggle competing activations and ensure optimal studio utilization.
This individual contributor will work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and customer obsession.
Key job responsibilities:
• Manage booking processes alongside the Programming Manager, handle meeting invites, and ensure studio access
• Communicate guest arrival logistics and coordinate with onsite facilities and security
• Proactively anticipate needs and complete bookings while managing multiple artist teams with minimal guidance
• Schedule and run pre-production calls to review studio and production needs
• Evaluate priorities of incoming requests to address potential booking conflicts
• Partner with production crew and Studio126 Production Manager for activation support and assist with load-ins
• Possess working knowledge of audio and video production coordination to facilitate productions
• Regularly interface with clients, including high-level stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication
• Provide studio tours as scheduled
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront or Asana
