Job Overview
We are looking for a creative director to lead our creative strategy in producing high-quality and impactful visual content. The creative director will be responsible for developing and executing materials that enhance our brand's identity and resonate with our audience. This role is vital in guiding the overall creative direction and ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brand's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity
Lead the creative efforts in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and producing visual content for campaigns, marketing materials, and other projects
Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop client-facing sales materials
Design all event collateral (from website to on-site signage)
Work closely with editorial to create hero images for The Ankler website and newsletters
Create logos and branding for new initiatives
Create templates for social media posts
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the company's creative strategies
Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a creative role
Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative projects and campaigns
Vision: Ability to provide the creative vision for a company's brand and projects
Deep understanding of design, branding, and marketing principles.
Proficiency in creative tools and software (Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva)
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts clearly
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
Salary/Benefits
$80,000.00 - 90,000.00 per year
