Intern - Independent Record Label Marketing

Hello and welcome!
AOM Records is an independent label created by emerging artist and Atlanta native Jasmin Rhia (@itsJasminRhia via Instagram )
She is a violinist, DJ, and music producer floating between two genres (Electronic Music/ deep house/tropical/chill and also Lofi).

One of your main tasks will be sharing new music releases that drop bi-weekly. You'll do this by reaching out to playlist curators and music blogs on Spotify, Soundcloud, and Youtube. Creating a spreadsheet with the playlist name, link, curators name, email, instagram, and other social platforms, and then getting in touch for music submission is the bulk of this position.

We are looking to build a fanbase/community from the ground up. In addition to getting Jasmin's music heard,, you will be engaging on Reddit and Discord groups. You will also be inviting people to join Jasmin's weekly live streaming sessions on various platforms.
We have a pretty simple system that you will be trained on for best results. Any ideas you have that can move us in the right direction are encouraged!

Internship Details:

This position is a remote unpaid internship that starts on 2/01/22 and ends 6/1/22. The opportunity to come on board as an official team member on AOM Records will be presented at this time.

Commitment/ Schedule is 8 hours a week with one on one meetings held by Jasmin Rhia twice a week via Zoom.
