This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Intern, Game & Event Presentation
The Arizona Diamondbacks are currently recruiting for their 2025 Internship program. You must be passionate and motivated to pursue a career in the sports industry and must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays. Internships start in February 2025, and you must be able to work in person at Chase Field through the 2025 season.
Internship Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a junior, senior, postgraduate student, or within a year post-graduation with preferred majors of Journalism, Communication, Business, or related field, pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university. (If you do not meet the internship requirements, please do not apply.
Primary Duties:
• Assist with the preparation and implementation of the game & event presentation.
• Assist with the booking of National Anthems, Honor Guards, Ceremonial First Pitches, and all in-game elements.
• Assist and participate during rehearsals, including: soundchecks (ie anthem singers), opening introductions, in-game promotions, in-game features, ceremonies, flags, performances, color guards, group activities, etc
• Prep, manage, clean, retrieve and return equipment and props and other materials that will be used during the game/events.
• Work with Producers and camera operators to frame and set up live promotions while coordinating with contestants, hosts, mascot, promotional team, and additional talent.
• Provide support for events such as the MLB Draft Combine, Perfect Game Showcase, Concerts, Evening on the Diamond, Graduations, Banquets, Clinics / Camps, etc.
• Assist in scheduling and managing production and presentation gameday staff.

• Superior organizational planning, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills,
• and dependability.
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner, often under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work individually or in a group environment and outstanding leadership skills.
• Must be able to effectively take
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Available to work the majority of 2025 D-backs home games including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to comfortably lift 50lbs.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
