Motion Graphics Design Internship
Description
The Arizona Diamondbacks organization is looking for a creative, motivated, and talented Motion Graphics Designer for our 2025 internship program. Under the guidance of the Motion Design Manager, the Motion Design Intern will develop animated content to meet the video production needs of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for visual design, composition, and timing, along with a commitment to deliver high quality, entertaining content to our baseball fans.
Primary Duties
• Conceive and produce dynamic animated video content for in-game presentation, TV
• commercials, social media posts, community video projects, and other assignments.
• Collaborate with video producers, graphic designers, social media and marketing teams, and others to service the production goals of the Diamondbacks.
• Complete production assignments with minimal supervision, follow the brand identity of the D-backs, accept constructive feedback, and provide deliverables to meet strict deadlines.
Competencies
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of graphic design/motion
• Experience in 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender) preferred
• Familiar with common graphics and video file formats
• Video production and editing experience is a plus
• Willing to work irregular hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
• General knowledge of baseball is preferred

Requirements
• Must be a junior, senior, or within one year after graduation or postgraduate student obtaining a degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be able to work in-person at Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ the entire duration of the
• internship (February – October). This is not a remote position.
• Maximum of 25 hours per week (not to exceed 30 hours a week)
