Description:
A boutique Artist & Producer management company based in Los Angeles seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide support in contract drafting, scheduling, and organizational tasks. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, clients, and artists, requiring strong attention to detail and flexibility for attending events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including licensing, artwork acquisition, and visual media agreements.
• Manage business calendar, schedule meetings, submit expense reports, and coordinate travel for the CEO and GM.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring efficient information flow and meeting logistics.
• Maintain artist and producer calendars, coordinate studio sessions, promotional activities, and track deliverables, splits, release dates, and payments.
• Support projects with research, data compilation, and delegated tasks.
• Attend and participate in meetings, shows, and events as a company representative.
Qualifications:
• Entry-level position; internships or prior interest in music/entertainment industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
