Position Summary
As the Manager of Content & Brand Partnerships, you will lead efforts to forge meaningful relationships between our content partners and top-tier brands. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, media partners, and external clients to execute innovative strategies that amplify brand awareness, and engage audiences. With direction from the SVP, Creative Content/Brand Partnerships, you'll harness your creativity and deep understanding of how to seamlessly integrate brands into captivating storytelling and entertainment experiences.
Essential Functions
• Develop, pitch, and execute brand partnership strategies that align with AE's content and overall business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, media agencies, and clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
• Organize and manage assets to support promotional strategies for theatrical releases and social media.
• Oversee and maintain project and social calendar to ensure timely execution.
• Manage assigned content and partnership project phases, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with AE's business objectives/brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, creative, production, finance) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Ensure brand usage guidelines are upheld for creative developed by internal and external partners.
• Liaise with internal constituents, external media partners, and promotional and creative agencies across all projects.
• Coordinate with creative teams such as photographers, content producers, DP/operators, and sound mixers for shoots.
• Support BTS production on set and location as needed, including managing the schedule and reading scripts for BTS content days.
• Work cross-departmentally to support strategies and projects, including creative, physical production, legal and business affairs, accounting, publicity, post production, and advertising.
• Participate in the creation of all materials, including sizzle reels, pitch decks, promotional concepts, etc., associated with assigned projects.
• Research and prepare briefs around potential and existing brand partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in brand partnerships, content strategy, marketing, or business development within entertainment, media, or a related industry.
• BA/BS in Communications or Marketing.
• Proven ability to think creatively and bring ideas to life in the world of branded content and entertainment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• A passion for entertainment, media, and pop culture with a deep understanding of how brands fit into the entertainment ecosystem.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
• Strong time management, organization, and project management skills.
• Adept at balancing creative integrity with business objectives.
• Must be able to work outside normal office hours as needed.

Salary/Benefits
$85,000.00 - 100,000.00 per year
