Assistant to Talent Manager/Producer

Experienced Assistant needed for High Volume Desk to Talent Manager & Producer at Artists First. Duties include: Scheduling appointments, meetings, pitches, travel and coordinating schedules with productions in Television and Film. Experience with InEntertainment software is a major plus. Additional duties consist of generating active TV & Film casting grids and coordinating with all assistants in preparation for weekly company Talent Meetings, Compiling client materials and generating submissions, updating client materials internally and on all resourceful platforms such as Breakdown Express. Experience rolling and connecting calls is required. Phone etiquette is key as the candidate will have direct interaction with all clients. Client list consists of actors & actresses, comedians, writers, directors, hosts, musicians & athletes. Seeking minimum 1-year experience on Talent Desk at Agency or Management company. Proficient with Outlook, InEntertainment & Breakdown Express. Looking for a minimum 1-year commitment.
