Aspect has an opening for a Producer who is passionate about movie trailers and excited to join the team. We are an award-winning motion picture advertising agency based in North Hollywood, CA. The Producer will be responsible for planning, managing, and scaling editorial and finishing resources across campaigns, from inception to completion.
They will interface with internal creative directors, editors, and various internal teams. They will also communicate directly with clients to ensure coordination on various projects. Ideal candidates are extremely organized, efficient, resourceful, and have a professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative strategies for theatrical campaigns in collaboration with our team of editors, writers, and graphics.
• Communicate campaign goals and day-to-day notes to editors and copywriters.
• Monitor all stages of the creative production, including asset gathering, graphic creation, off-line/on-line editorial, and finishing.
• Ensure that production schedules and project calendars are tracked and maintained.
• Ensure the on-time and orderly flow of all creative requests and changes.
• Proactively monitor the status of active projects and swiftly redirect resources as needed.
• Work closely with finishing team to ensure quality control throughout the finishing process.
• Quality control all spots and materials before delivering to clients.
• Manage elements received by clients and facilitate distribution to proper departments.
Qualifications:
• Theatrical producing experience a must
• Experience in the entertainment/advertising industry
• Strong working knowledge of Filemaker Pro, Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills
• Deadline driven
• Detail oriented, thorough, and conscientious
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at a time, and have experience in both the creative and technical side of movie advertising
• Proactive team player with a strong work ethic
• Stellar follow up and follow through
• Proactively manage creative schedule to maintain constant utilization of existing and freelance staff and ensure resource availability for all projects
