ASPECT is seeking an Office Manager to join our team! We are a motion picture marketing agency with over 45 years of servicing Hollywood's biggest projects.
The Office Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Director of Human Resources on a variety of functions supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-motivated, understanding the importance of creating a welcoming environment that reflects Aspect's values.
The office manager will be responsible for maintaining the smooth functioning of the office by managing the production assistants, planning and executive various employee events and maintaining the office space.
Responsibilities:
Team Management
• Manage, train and supervise post-production assistants.
Facilities Management
• Serve as a point of contact for various building vendors. (plant maintenance and service, building landlord and engineering, etc.)
• Coordinate facilities management & maintenance (malfunctioning doors, hardware).
• Manage and assess janitorial needs across the office.
• Manage and administer the company's in-office dog policy and protocols.
• Manage any office moves and construction related projects.
• Serve as company emergency/evacuation administrator.
• Assist with maintaining the interior design of the office and outdoor spaces.
• Responsible for office furniture sourcing, ordering, placement, and movement.
• Manage food and beverage ordering, internal office events & catering
• Maintain supply and coordinate ordering of company branded materials (printing services, branded clothing, etc) and other office supplies.
Event Management
• Design, plan, and execute employee events throughout the year to enhance morale, teamwork and overall job satisfaction.
• Manage recognition and reward programs that celebrate employee milestones.
• Execute employee recognition events (new hires/anniversaries/birthdays/life events/promotions).
• Organize and manage weekly company all-hands meetings.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience planning and executive employee events.
• 2-3 years' experience managing an office space.
• Experience in a post production environment a plus.
LOCATION: North Hollywood Office. (In-Office: Monday through Friday)
Salary/Benefits
$85,000.00 - 100,000.00 per year
BENEFITS: Compensation will range from $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 (Annual Salary - Exempt). This is a full-time position. The base pay offered will depend on several factors, including candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Total compensation package will include paid time off, subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401(k).
