Job Title: Social Media Marketing & Executive Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA (San Fernando Valley area)
Employment Type: Subcontractor
Compensation: $2,500/month retainer (Entry-Level)

*Please note: This is not a remote position. We have an office in North Hollywood that we will meet in-person for. After a few months, there will be more flexibility but we will ask that you commute during the week!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Aspire Creative Works, the U.S. branch of Badanamu, is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Executive Assistant to help expand our digital presence and provide administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer. Badanamu is a globally recognized early childhood education brand with TV shows on Netflix, BBC, and a strong YouTube presence.
We are a small, fun, and collaborative team passionate about the entertainment industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, drama-free work environment and has a strong interest in social media marketing and executive support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
• Use Canva, Filmora (or similar), and Hootsuite to design and schedule posts.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow Badanamu's audience and streaming income.
• Optimize SEO for videos and songs to align with modern social media algorithms.
• Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and avoid shadow banning.
• Focus content and marketing on mothers of young children (ages 5 and under).
2. Executive Assistant Duties
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Manage travel arrangements and logistics.
• Provide administrative support for daily operations.
3. Music & Video Distribution
• Complete song distribution sheets for partners like The Orchard.
• Monitor and optimize YouTube for Kids channels to maximize exposure and revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Suite, and social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite or similar).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with modern social media algorithms and brand visibility strategies.
• Knowledge of YouTube for Kids and channel optimization techniques.
• Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• A professional, patient, and team-oriented attitude.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience managing social media for entertainment or education brands.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Background in music distribution or related workflows.

• Frame.io (a plus)

• Scheduling software (e.g., Calendar)
