RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Create and execute Omni-channel marketing experiences that meet the business objectives and advance our brand strategy.
Generate original creative concepts with a fresh visual approach to design and user experience. Items include, but are not limited to billboards, email, web, mobile app, presentations and social content.
Research, implement and keep up with new digital trends; ensure best practices for all social channels, hawks.com, Philipsarena.com and mobile app.
Provide technical support to clients and designers as needed.
Implement progressive graphic design concepts to optimize user engagement on all platforms, across all devices.
Develop and implement marketing and sponsorship collateral pieces
Participate in the planning, layout, design, and production of all seasonal brand marketing campaigns including home opener, social toolkit, season-long single-game, events and more.
Liaising with vendors, from digital, print to environmental to achieve best results and quality in a timely matter
Train and onboard new designers with brand standards and process.
Be able to work and communicate across all departments during creative design process.
Provide support for yearly Player Production Shoot. This will include pre-planning with directional signage and organizing shot lists for the players and photographers. Also includes art direction on set as well as organizing photos in real time.
Present campaign work to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Four-year college degree with concentration in graphic design preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in UX and UI design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office. Extensive working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, keynote, powerpoint and acrobat pro.
Able to pick up additional software skills such as Basecamp, Harvest, Percolate, Workday, Formstack and After Effects.
Prior experience working in a creative environment, advertising/marketing firm
Experience and knowledge of the digital and print production process required
Must be able to design in all social media platforms.
Strong writing and communications skills a must.
Must be able to express individual creative abilities while incorporating creative direction from stakeholders

Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
