JOB SUMMARY
Serve as a LED Coordinator and programming resource for the Atlanta Hawks, State Farm Arena and College Park Skyhawks. Bring a highly organized and efficient workflow to assist in all scheduling, programming and operational needs for event content management, programming and execution. To be a coordination and programming lead for Hawks in-arena and off-sight events, and third-party events held at State Farm Arena.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• To coordinate and manage the production and delivery of all LED content for the Atlanta Hawks, State Farm Arena and College Park Skyhawks.
• Process, and Program LED content for display on all venue LED assets including in-arena and external billboards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate the production and delivery of LED content for Global Partnerships, Atlanta Hawks Marketing and Hawks Studio, State Farm Arena Venues digital signage and motion graphics for LED and Billboard signage systems as well at Gateway Center for the College Park Skyhawks.
• Serve the role of content coordinator and scheduler for the Atlanta Hawks Live Entertainment & Production Department. Provide planning, programming, and execution support for departmental projects as assigned (including but not limited to):
• Programming and operational support for in-arena and web/broadcast Hawks video productions or specialty digital signage (video walls, etc.),
• Support for Internal / External video content requests.
• Manage day-to-day production process for Digital Signage and LED production needs (project intake, production assignments/scheduling, and project QC/delivery and programming)
QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of three (3) years combined professional experience as an Office Administrator
• A beginner/ intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder preferred. Experience in After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to creatively and effectively engage and work with a team of producers, editors, designers and engineers.
• High energy and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Experience in ROSS Systems and venue signage programming preferred.
• Experience working with unique composition sizes (LED and multiple display formats) preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
