OVERVIEW:
The College Park Skyhawks business has grown rapidly, and we are looking for someone to come in and support the team! This candidate will have a heightened focus on the Global Partnership's business, with the priority being to provide support to the activation vertical along with occasional support of the partnership sales and development verticals. There will also be an expectation that they will support the rest of the Skyhawks business for ancillary events and gameday responsibilities such as community programming, live experience & production, etc. This position will primarily report to the Director, Global Partnership Activation with secondary reporting to the VP of Operations, College Park Skyhawks during the season long program.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Act in a general support role to all Activation managers in their day-to-day account management
• Research and develop league and industry best practices to help strengthen existing partnerships as well as new business
• Assist with game and event night duties including the execution of in-game experiences/promotions, concourse activations, LED file transferring, etc.
• Assist with community activations and partner player/talent appearances
• Coordinate department photography needs for all activations/events, and catalog accordingly on the department drive to maintain proof of performance for all partnership activations
• Assist in the build-out of Mid-Season, End of Season, and Special Event recaps
• Conduct prospecting and intelligence efforts to support outreach by the Sales team
• Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe product suites. Basic Photoshop skills preferred.
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Be a self-starter who exhibits a strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.
• Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivity.
• Must be able to work game nights which may fall on weeknights, weekends and holidays on occasion.
