We will arrange a schedule that works around your schooling. Reliability in this position keeps our company running smoothly. Remember, you are not working for free; your compensation is not only school credits, but a wealth of knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry which can bring you closer to paid positions in the field you are looking to be a part of. Our interns work as a team and assist in all areas of the company that involve management. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• creating audition emails
• spreadsheet upkeep in relation to self-tape auditions, confirmations, uploading tapes
• submitting clients on Breakdowns
• creating email pitches to send to casting directors
• script coverage
• maintaining spreadsheets
• industry research
• updating spreadsheets
• assisting the CEO and assistant on projects they assign

Familiarity with Breakdowns, Actors Access, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, Casting App, CastIt!, Slack, Google Suite, iMovie, all basic technologies, etc. is a HUGE plus! If not, we will train!

We do teach our interns how to use Breakdowns so they'll have it on their resume, and are able to assist in the submission area if/when needed.

We ask that our interns work a minimum of 20 hours / week. Very interested in more time as you can learn a lot more and will be more valuable to us.

Internship Start Date/Season: late-December / early January, 2025
Internship Duration: Winter/Spring

''Work Week'' Slots
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm PST (coverage to be split up amongst the interns we bring on)

''Off-Hours'' Time/Day Slots (coverage to be split up amongst the interns we bring on)
Monday - Friday, 7am - 10am PST + 3 HOURS ON WEEKEND*
Monday - Friday, 6pm - 9pm PST + 3 HOURS ON WEEKEND*
*Weekend Hours will be spread throughout a Saturday or Sunday so you will be monitoring auditions coming in, needing to be processed and uploaded, etc.

Workplace Requirements: Remote

MUST BE ABLE TO RECEIVE COLLEGE CREDIT OR SOMETHING EQUIVALENT.
