Bi-lingual Board Operator (SPANISH / ENGLISH)
Audacy Washington DC has an opening for a Part Time Board Operator on WLZL. This opportunity puts you behind the controls of live and locally produced shows.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
• Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations.
Qualifications
More About You:
Required & Preferred:
• Must have a general understanding of radio and an ear for quality audio mixing
• Must have the ability to identify/edit relevant audio.
• Must speak and understand Spanish
• Experience operating a broadcast console and/or producing an on-air show is preferred
Additional Information
The anticipated starting salary range for Washington D.C. based individuals expressing interest in this position is $17.50 - $20.00 per hour. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
