Job Title: Part-Time Board Operator

Summary of Position:
Audacy Atlanta is in search of great talent to fill our new part-time Board Operator positions. The positions will support our local stations—WVEE, WAOK, WSTR, and WZGC.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for running the broadcast board, including digital editing, recording, and maintaining network feeds
• Ensure the company’s FCC license is protected
• May be required to perform light production work
• Other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience preferred
• Familiarity with station format required
• Familiarity with FCC rules and regulations preferred
• Must be able to perform with little supervision
• High school diploma required; college degree in a media-related major preferred
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands/fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
